This design clamps around DOM tubing, 1" or 1.75" diameter, and has a magnet inside it which will hold a tab against the radius of the tube. While also being just a hair lower than the top of the tube to allow for foam to be on the back side of the panel and the panel to not dimple when hardware is tightened down. This allows you to easily tack the tabs in the right spot without having to try and hold the tab with 1 hand and weld with the other and hope your hand isn't shaking and moving the tab.
